Washougal School District Summer School 2025
K-4th grade (students entering grades 1st - 5th)
Teacher days: June 30 to July 3, 2025 and July 7 to Juy 10, and July 14 to July 17, 2025
Monday - Thursday
Hours 8:30 am -12:30 pm (4 hours per day), student attendance 9 am - 12 pm
Location: Columbia River Gorge Elementary
Purpose: Teachers will provide targeted instruction to support K-4 students (students entering grades 1st - 5th) in retaining and enhancing reading and math skills. Teachers will create multiple opportunities for learning, including small group, whole group and computer-based learning, in a positive, educational climate.
Per diem rate of pay
Previous summer school experience preferred.
Elementary school experience preferred
SONDAY required (4 hours of training provided)
State on the “request for transfer” form your grade level preference. If you are interested in multiple grade levels please state that in order of most desired to least desired.
